This is the result of going low-carb. Basically, it's something akin to a pasta salad without the pasta. Rather than low-nutrient noodles, you have delicious vegetables.
The first thing you'll need is a package of frozen veggies, the kind centered around one or more cruciferous vegetables. (Or part of a package, if your packages are especially large.) Broccoli, broccoli/cauliflower, broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mixes are all good. These can be thawed by placing them in a bowl of hot water, or by leaving them in a bowl long enough for them to thaw by themselves.
If the chunks are large, you will probably wish to cut them into smaller pieces.
Now cut up and add any combination of the following...
I would recommend that you have at least three of the vegetables recommended. The more, the merrier.
Add enough salad dressing to cover your salad and stir well. If you are using an oil-based dressing, you may consider adding mayonnaise to make it creamier.
